Position Overview
We are currently looking for a talented Senior Interior Architect to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate will bring between 5-7 years of experience in the field, demonstrating proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3DMax, and other essential interior design and architecture software. Bonus points for candidates with expertise in 2D and 3D animation, as well as video creation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead And Manage Interior Design Projects From Concept To Completion.
2. Utilize Strong Technical Skills In AutoCAD, Photoshop, And Other Relevant Software.
3. Demonstrate Creativity, Innovation, And A Passion For Delivering High-Quality Design Solutions.
4. Stay Abreast Of Current Trends In Interior Design, Incorporating Sustainable And Eco-Friendly Practices Where Applicable.
5. Collaborate effectively with clients, understanding and translating their visions into captivating designs.
6. Strong Project Management Skills, Ensuring Projects Are Delivered On Time And Within Budget.
7. Actively Contribute To The Development And Evolution Of Design Concepts.
8. Integrate Smart Home Technology And Design Principles Into Projects.
9. Incorporate Wellness And Biophilic Design Elements Into Interior Spaces.
10. Embrace The Use Of Virtual Reality (VR) And Augmented Reality (AR) In Design Visualization.
11. Maintain A Keen Understanding Of Global Design Trends And Apply Them To Local Contexts.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Interior Design Or Architecture.
2. At Least 5-7 Years Of Proven Experience In Interior Design.
3. Proficiency In AutoCAD, Photoshop, And Other Industry-Standard Design Software.
4. Bonus: Skills In 2D And 3D Animation, Video Creation.
5. Fluent In English And Arabic (Both Written And Spoken).
6. Strong Portfolio Showcasing Previous Projects And Design Capabilities.
