Project Background: For this project I was tasked to a direct mailer for Mares Mortgage, a mortgage company that has been operating in the Orange County, California since 1993. They wanted to promote a reverse mortgage program, that would help those who are retired and are 55+.
Process: When it came to designing this product I had to keep in mind the direct mailer size and the mandatory spaces for the stamp and the address that the postal service requires. Since the Reverse Mortgage program is targeted towards 55+, I felt having an older couple on the front would catch the eye of their target audience.
