This project is a concept book cover mockup of Steven King's horror novel IT using my own illustrations and book design.
This project includes the full illustration used in the final design, the cover design, and mockup images of the book.

The illustration used for the cover
I initially was going to also use this illustration as the cover itself, with the title and author's name reflected in the water puddles. However, I instead thought that having that image reflected in a red balloon would make for a more interesting book cover, which you can see below.
