Miguel Molina ( Caracas, Venezuela ) , como un joven Crónida no cesa de crear.

Tal vez sea por la practica contínua del piano, al cual dedicó su infancia y adolescencia, pareciera que en si tímida intimidad tararéa incesantemente…Lo que si es notable es que en su vida cotidiana , los días se encadenan, mientras va componiendo su música, o va creando sus pinturas, con el método de Giussepe Archimboldo , Milán,1527 ,pintor manierista quinta escencia del barroco, desde 1562 la dinastía de los hapspurg fueron sus únicos mecenas . Tal como a los dadaistas y surrealistas, esos militantes del arte de mediados del siglo XX. Estable pintor en la corte de los maximilianos en Esther Hazy, en Praga, nadie a podido superarlo en su sistema constructivo , ( un collage pintado al oleo donde se acumulan perfectamente cuerpos humanos; cacerolas; libros; flores;moluscos; peces ; mariscos; vegetales; hierbas; sílfides y piedras). Mas que raro único. Archimboldo nos sigue fascinando 500 años después de unirse a la historia del arte.

Aunque es fiel a su primera vocación de músico y compositor, ejecutante e ingeniero de sonido, pero hace casi 6 años los hechos de una vida normal encajaron perfectamente: un matrimonio, una hija soñada y en sincroníaa con ese estado de felicidad Miguel Molina cesó de componer música de fusión que fundió en varios discos y casi sin darse cuenta, se dedicó a componer melodías infantiles. En la mas estricta intimidad. Lo bueno del nuevo y multicolor milenio, ( ¨un Apocalipsis en camara lenta ¨escribio en 1.999 un autor ), es que inadvertidamente se disiparon los tabúes y se culminaron de borrar las ya tenues fronteras entre los medios artísticos; y casi colectivamente , el género humano entendió que no estaba en ventaja contra el planeta, así que estamos aprendiendo a trancos y traumas, a compartir los océanos y continentes, donde aún somos el ápice de la evolución natural…

Allí en ese alto nicho permanecen , como en el Panteón Olímpico, moran los emperadores, conquistadores, santos, profetas, mesías y escríbas; pero la gran mayoria que permanece como es el ejemplo de 5 mil años de civilización son científicos, filósofos, músicos, escritores y pintores. Es exactamente como dice Rolando Peña: ¨la aplanadora de la historia¨

Con ayuda de los medios digitales , -lo que al principio era mas un divertimento que un experimento-, en los últimos 5 años Miguel Molina, - sin abandonar por un instante sus composiciones musicales-, comenzó a imbricar imágenes sueltas, pareándolas libremente entre sí….Con una paleta de colores primarios, que impuso el Pop-Art hace medio siglo, para sorpresa de sus colegas músicos, creo sus primeras y estridentes obras y, - esas u otras nuevas-, porque las produce a diario sabiendo que se pueden multiplicar en papel tapiz, murales urbanos, estuches para dispositivos portátiles, baldosas. Tengo a la vista 30 de ellas, todas de producción reciente, que no son cacofónicas y son retratos; gallos; camaleones; batracios; ¨Diablos de Yare¨; niñas; yänomamis; peces de acuario; toros; perros y gatos, un sugerente paisaje nocturno y una serie que disfrutaría el patriarca de la fotografía Man Ray 1890, pues son cartografías femeninas que se conforman en paisajes urbanos multicolores , como si las diosas amantes de Eros moraran en los cerros que rodean el valle de Caracas. Aunque el número es variable y siempre en ascenso, debemos apreciarlas lúdicamente, porque ese es el espíritu como fueron creadas: como obras musicales.

El catálogo es numeroso y estamos seguros que Miguel Molina lo ampliará y multiplicará con el mismo principio que parece seguir su carrera de músico: LA FUSION. Clásico y contemporáneo, él ha hecho suyos los ritmos y armonías que simplemente le interesan, en su acto de auto alimentación , que podría ser casi infinito….

Rhodes , el piano-man británico aseguró , en uno de sus inventos como compactar programas de televisión de la B.B.C que él, como pianista, necesitaría varias miles de vidas para interpretar las sonatas para piano que se compusieron entre los siglos XVII y XIX. Así es el arte profuso y variado. Parece que debemos participar en el tiovivo giratorio multicolor a donde nos conducen las obras en exposición de Miguel Molina; y es como si giraran acompañadamente los retratos y el autoretrato; los gallos inocentes y las hermosas Yanomami impúberas y los gatos , leones, peces y perros son inofesivos: son puramente visuales y en su imaginación, trasladado a las obras con el mismo formato con el que compone sus obras musicales éstas, marcadamente urbanas, son mujeres anónimas y tambien los cerros que rodean la ciudad donde nació. Celebro el candor y el ritmo de ellas, porque, como todas las obras de arte, de cualquier época, son un reflejo de quién las creó.

¨Ingravidas y gentiles como esponjas de jabón ¨rimó el gran Atonio Machado alguna vez y sería justo culminar este primer acercamiento a su obra pues ellas no reflejan ningun drama, son iconografias exultantes y poseen una envidiable euritmia interior.

Miguel Molina (Caracas, Venezuela), as a young son of Cronus never stops creating.
The reason might have been his continued practice of the piano which had a big influence on him, since it was the way he spent his childhood and adolescence, as though seeming to hum incessantly in his shy intimacy ... What is really remarkable is that in his everyday life, the days are enchained in between composing his music, or creating his paintings, with the method of Giuseppe Arcimboldo, Milan, 1527, mannerist quintessential baroque painter, since 1562. The Hapsburg dynasty was his only Maecenas. Such as to the Dadaists and Surrealists, those were mid-twentieth century art militants. Well-balanced painter at the Maximilians Court of Esther Hazy in Prague, no one has been able to overcome his constructive system ( a collage oil painting in which perfectly human bodies accumulate; pans , books , flowers , mollusks, fish, seafood , vegetables , herbs, sylphs and stones). More unique than rare. Arcimboldo still fascinates us 500 years after joining the history of art. Even though he is faithful to his first vocation as a musician and composer, he is also a performer and a sound engineer. About 6 years ago, the facts and circumstances, fit perfectly on his daily life : a marriage, a lovely daughter and in synchronicity with that state of happiness Miguel Molina stopped composing fusion music and started fusing multiple records and almost without realizing it, he began composing jingles.

We could say in the strictest privacy. The beauty and the multicolor of the new millennium (¨an apocalypse in slow motion, an author wrote in 1999), are inadvertently dissipated taboos and culminated disappearing the tenuous boundaries between artistic media; and almost collectively, mankind understood that he was not the lead on the planet, so we're learning in strides and traumas, to share the oceans and continents, where we are still the apex of the natural evolution ... With the help of digital media-which was more originally a divertimento than an experiment-in the last 5 years for Miguel Molina - without abandoning for a moment his musical compositions began to interweave single images, mating them freely with each other.... With a primary color palette, which enforced the Pop-Art tendency half a century ago, to the surprise of his fellow musicians, he created his first shrill works, - those works and other new ones - because knowing that doing daily can multiply wallpaper, urban murals, cases for portable devices, tiles, etc. I do have 30 visits online, to my all new production, they are not cacophonous and are portraits, roosters, chameleons, frogs, ¨ ¨ The Devils of Yare, girls, Yanomami, aquarium fish, bulls, dogs and cats, an evocative night landscape and a sequence that would be very pleasant to Photo patriarch Man Ray 1890, since they are multicolored female cartographic maps that make urban landscapes, as though Eros goddesses lovers dwelt in the hills surrounding the valley of Caracas. However the number is variable and always on the rise, we can appreciate them playfully, because that is the spirit as they were created: as musical works. The catalog is large and we are sure that Miguel Molina will expand and multiply it on the same principle that seems to follow his career as a musician: THE FUSION. Classic and contemporary, he has embraced the rhythms and harmonies in which he is basically interested, in his act of self-feeding, which could be almost infinite....
