From nickname to Branding
 
Many people have business ideas but keep them as just that - ideas. This is not the case here.
 
Marcia wanted to start a business aside from her 9 to 5 job in Marketing.
She has always surprised me with her enthusiasm, planner-doer attitude and restless mood. One day you see her selling earrings, the next day flying to Brazil (work purposes), the next - teaching dancing lessons. She is always thinking of business opportunities - she called me as she was interested in creating her brand and selling hand made Colombian accessories. Our goal was to sell the collections, but more importantly to discover the reach and potential that her brand could have.
 
Challenge:
There are many brands selling accessories in London, competition is hard. Where is the right place to sell for Marcia Squirrel? To whom? How? When?

Strategy:
We embraced the idea of launching the brand and then perfecting it, that's why the tagline is "You never know what a squirrel is going to come up with" So far the brand has been at Spitalfields Market, Camden, The Fair in the Square and other markets. These experiences have been giving us a lot of insights and feedback. Marcia Squirrel it's moving into the online arena, we will let you know when the shop is ready to launch!
