For the conception of the symbol, the initials of the naming have been taken into account, an interpretation of the elevation of the hemicycle, since it has the particularity of being the only one in the country that is not circular and in the center of the room there is an arch that separates the lectern of the bench, as well as representing the five provinces of the community.
They have tried to synthesize the concepts: open, wanting to be close to citizens and dynamic, since it is an organ in constant movement in order to safeguard the interests, rights and duties of the citizens it represents.

Para la concepción del símbolo se han tenido en cuenta las iniciales del naming, una interpretación del alzado del hemiciclo, ya que cuenta con la particularidad de ser el único del país que no es circular y en el centro de la sala hay un arco que separa el atril de la bancada, así como representar las cinco provincias de la comunidad.
Se han tratado de sintetizar los conceptos: abierto, por querer mostrarse cercanos a la ciudadanía y, dinámico, pues es un órgano en constante movimiento en pro de salvaguardar los intereses, derechos y deberes de la ciudadanía a la que representa.
