CONCEPT - Through the peephole

Do you recall the last time you heard the bell ring and went to see who it was?

I couldn’t wait to check this view out right after I closed the door when I moved in - I was curious to see this new set that would be reoccurring before every welcome, hosting a variety of characters.

The template frame features a dim white light from the doorway lamp, elevator doors and the grey entrance to my neighbours flat. They never had guests over and we would joke, they’d only seen the back side of fun. That got me appreciating the fact that I always had a lovely scene through my peephole, and pushed me to start making snapshots of my visitors.

It’s been so long since this happened, though - the recent mandatory distancing has made me miss these interactions, so I thought I’d bring them to light.
