[Introduction]

The Trainee Club was born with the mission to connect the graduated talents and big company recruitment via a special training program. The Club supports candidates to meet the high-quality requirement comprising many soft skills (problem-solving, team working, public speaking,...).
[challenge]

The work for me is to consult and create a visual identity system to apply to their social media, workshop and course events, as well as print collateral materials. This visual identity should match their brand characteristics (which is: pioneer, young and connect), also their vision to be the top-of-mind brand in the developing marketplace.
[solving]

To shape all the brand attributes into one iconic imagery, no other symbols are better than a flag. The mark implicitly conveys a scenery of a young group of talent raising to conquer for a bigger and higher mountain in their life - a metaphor for also The Club's founding team and the graduated student on the way accomplishing their goals.
The decision to use flat, gradient and dynamic illustrations on commercial and promotional materials visually attracts and intrigues young audiences, as well as allows the brand to flexibly adapt itself to the variated purposes of use (identical poster and billboard, social designs, stationeries for workshop and course events, teambuilding T-shirt, motivational wall art in office,...)
