Photographs around Washington
Both being new to the state, we set out on a road trip around Washington one weekend with the sole purpose of photography. Together we took thousands of photographs, but during the trip I occasionally took focus away from the natural beauty of the state and focused my lens on a more beautiful target, the love of my life who had accompanied me along the trip. We traveled to Mt. Rainier then back tracked a went up to Leavenworth and then on the way back decided to stop at the Snoqualmie falls. There were tons of tremendous shots to be taken. Here are a few of the shots from when my lens was averted from Washington and placed on Christina.
Christina at the Christine Falls at Mt. Rainier. The wall was a beautiful starting point for the photograph, the snow held perfectly in her hair while the falls were graceful in the background. I think turning the photograph black and white was a perfect choice for this image.
This is my personal favorite. It was taken at the Snoqualmie Falls in Washington. I just feel it's a very "real life" photograph as it captures the feeling of the moment.
