With a ever-present desire to increase the success rate of the on-boarding funnel - this project was backed by quite a bit of researched I performed on a number of our target market consumers. The research revealed a number of emotional barriers customers would have to get past to successfully on-board and matriculate into the product. The work below is designed to address those barriers / make them go bye-bye :) Enjoy!
