In A*STAR, I had the opportunity to work with Human Resource to develop employer branding campaign to drive recruitment and talent acquisition. My role in this campaign is to develop image assets and implement social media marketing to promote A*STAR's Recruitment Campaign. The objective is to attract early career professionals and graduates to explore its promising career opportunities. The campaign leveraged the hashtag #futurist and was run via A*STAR's Intern Facebook page as well as paid social media advertising to build awareness.
