I designed a seasonal fruit and vegetable calendar as a folkish kitchen decoration.
First I created the icons. I've choosen foods with special color, like blueberry blue, plum blue or cherry red.
Then I made a folkish pattern for each month with the fruits we have then.
I wanted to make it decorative and informative at the same time, so I wrote the info in a tiny line below the pattern, but we have to get close to read it.
There is a lace on every page one after the one, showing us the months.
