What's the brief?
Design an EDM and then code it.
Target Audience
MINI Owners. Owns a MINI, but has not registered; they are not in the MINI Connected app users’ list.
Objective
Encourage MINI owners to download the refreshed MINI Connected app. Also to push information about the new MINI models for publicity and drive sales. Engagement of MINI owners. Consider channel diversion, instead of going through email / phone calls to make appointments, channel them to self-help and make it convenient for them to do so.
