The Filipino people have always prided themselves on their resiliency in the face of disasters around the globe. In the future Philippines, Filipinos face the most significant environmental challenge, the extreme rise of seawater. The Philippine pavilion of the future will embody how Filipino resiliency paved the way for progress and change. It helped Filipinos rise from the challenge of a future where most cities are submerged and blossomed the country into a city of pearl built from genetically-modified corals.
