Convertible Retail Display

The brief for this project was to design a retail system for informal stores in developing countries that could be implemented in various configurations, allowed for various sizes and amounts of stock, was fully flat-packable, and could be produced in large numbers  (± 20 000 units).  The retail system promotes the associated brand but also improves organisation and visibility of stock for the retailer, which is all aimed at increasing sales and elevating the brand.

The solution was a set of injection-moulded components that slot into an aluminium extrusion, and can be arranged in any order, as well as allowing variable stock spacing.
