The first part is the logo. Client wanted it to represent the architectural feel of the complex in some way. Buildings are huge, made of wood and concrete giant, huge, but elegant - awesome source of inspiration. But we didn't want to get just an icon of the building, so we ended up with this simplifaed structure.
Then we got to make some pictograms for map and navigation. Here's the first version:
But then we decided to go more abstract and a little bit more far from the main logo:
