THE JOURNEY TO LOCAL FLAVOR arises from two currents: the need to connect with a consumer public of premium type food. And the national feeling of wanting to give impetus to recipes of humble origin, with the essence of the street, with all the Local Flavor.


This story unfolds from the Plaza de Mercado de Paloquemao in Colombia and stars two gastronomy experts: David Orozco, an international chef, and Liliana Martínez, a local cook. To show ourselves that the best thing about each dish is to decide to really enjoy it.
