Quadruple marker test for pregnancy - A blood test called the Quad Screen or Quadruple Marker is administered during the second trimester (15–20 weeks of pregnancy) to look for certain chromosomal abnormalities that could result in birth problems in the unborn child. The quad screen test measures levels of the various chemicals.
