EN - The 1000 m² area of this luxury housing generates the idea of minimizing energy consumption and look for the maximum efficiency. The Sustainability is evaluated and obtained certificates of sustainability BREEAM ® and Passivhaus becoming the first house in the world with both seals.
Constructively the house consists of a double skin of white concrete and wood, with exceptional levels of insulation, and a very high compactness of the envelope. On the main floor the envelope of white concrete covers two wooden boxes in which are divided the day and night area. A longitudinal glass stripe crosses the whole house separating these spaces and containing the vertical communications, patios and the pool.
The objective is to perform a house with the highest standards of healthcare and welfare for its occupants, with the maximum efficiency of the building facilities.

ES - Los 1.000 m² de superficie de esta vivienda de gran lujo generan la idea de minimizar el consumo enérgetico, y buscar la máxima eficiencia. Se evalúa su sostenibilidad y obtiene los certificados de sostenibilidadas BREEAM® y Passivhaus convirtiéndose en la primera vivienda en el mundo con ambos sellos.
Constructivamente consta de una doble piel de madera y hormigón blanco, con niveles de aislamiento excepcionales, y una muy alta compacidad de la envolvente. En la planta principal la envolvente de hormigón blanco recoge dos cajas de madera en las que se dividen zona de día de zona de noche. Una franja longitudinal acristalada atraviesa el conjunto separando estos espacios y acoge las comunicaciones verticales, patios y la piscina.
El objetivo es realizar una vivienda con los más altos estándares de salud y bienestar para sus ocupantes, y con la máxima eficiencia de las instalaciones del edificio.
