Vote Cambridge
An open-data powered polling place finder for the City of Cambridge
For the 2013 election, Code for Boston volunteers created a polling place finder app for the City of Cambridge. A responsive webapp, VoteCambridge.com allows users to enter in an arbitrary address - or use their own current location - to see where the polling location is for that election precinct. It also gives the user walking directions to the polling location, and allows the user to open the route in their device's default mapping application.

VoteCambridge.com was created using open GIS data supplied by the City of Cambridge. For this project, I served as lead designer, performing primary visual and interaction design along with front-end development in HTML / CSS / Javascript, in collaboration with other Code for Boston members.
