The workshop operates on French confectionary principles and works with artisian technology. While making cakes and ice creams, they don’t use "convenience" products, they make everything themselves, from the first steps to the decorations.
Their artisan bonbons are made with premium quality fruit purees, creams, spices, oilseeds and the base is their own artisian chocolate.
