Egyptian Exchange Building Project - New Capital, Cairo

Description: The Egyptian Exchange building is located in the center of the financial district of the new capital, and on the opposite side of the headquarters of the banks complex. The total area of the site is (21,000 m2 = 5 Feddan).
The building consists of 10 floors (two basements, ground, mezzanine, first, and five typical floors) with a total area of 60,000 square meters.
The building has 250 parking spaces, VIP, main lounge, and staff entrances, administrative spaces for various sectors of the stock exchange, meeting rooms, a media centre, and a roof cafeteria.

Role:
Defines the engineering organization charts, staffing and personnel roles with engineering discipline departments;
Ensures the technical part of the Contract review;
Participates to the induction of the engineering team to contract/project requirements;
Ensures effective interdisciplinary coordination in particular through weekly meetings. Takes the necessary technical decisions in case of unresolved conflicts between disciplines. Controls that the engineering team properly interfaces with other project members;
Participates to project planning definition by providing engineering milestones and requirements.
