Oporto in Portuguese and Porto to the rest of us, is the second-largest city in Portugal, the capital of the Oporto District, and one of the Iberian Peninsula's major urban areas.
It stands out for its rich and colourful history that dates back to the Roman times, it's stunning architecture, and warm and vibrant atmosphere. Known for being the birthplace of the world-renowned Port wine, this city is also home to countless museums, galleries, and restaurants, making it an ideal destination for culture and food lovers alike.
