A one-bedroom apartment project in the center of Kyiv with an area of 60 m2. The project presented a challenge due to its impractical triangular shape, rendering the apartment entirely non-functional, and the owner was unable to sell it. The decision was made to completely reconfigure the apartment, swapping the positions of the kitchen and the room. The result was a very cozy apartment that fully satisfied the owner.

My role in this project as a designer was crafting all the layout aspects, including floor plans, electrical, water, and sewage plans. Additionally, I handled the selection of materials, furniture, and decorations, overseeing the entire construction process. The project was executed on a turn-key basis, ensuring comprehensive completion from start to finish.
