Migrate the Bank site from old.co.za to the new site. Re-look the user journey, design and content, applying UX best practice to deliver a user experience that drives action and delivers on business objectives and KPIs.
MY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
As Content Lead, I worked with the UX Designers in designing the IA, page flows and user journey. I wrote the content for the new site based on a content audit, heuristics analysis and competitor analysis and working closely with the SEO team.
I collaborated in creating/editing low-fid prototypes, conducting user research and synthesising user findings to play back to business before reiterating. My role also included liaising with business stakeholders to glean insights and business challenges and objectives, getting approval from Project Owners, Legal and Compliance to author in AEM before deployment.
