The brand design makes the southern spirit of the owners Nicole and Sarjo tangible. White tiles become the defining design element - both in the branding and in the architecture. As a pattern, the tiles can be found again and again as a linear grid system. In the interior, a white tile wall with an XXL hidden object picture (a la Portugal) welcomes guests in the entrance area.
Illustrations show restaurant scenes in which the South meets the Alps: a granny pours wine glasses with a flower pot, influencers photograph their food, Botticelli's Venus stands on the slopes in a ski outfit. This combination of both worlds shows the spirit of the Bottega: open mind, open kitchen, open end.
