Halwani Brothers is a Saudi joint stock company. It started as a family project to make sweets at the hands of “Hajj Muhammad Mounir Halawani”. In 1952, the private family project turned into an official company. Halwani Brothers Company joined the Dallah Al Baraka Group in 1988 , and it was able to establish a new integrated factory in the Arab Republic of Egypt . On June 21, 2008 , the company was listed on the Saudi stock market.
