ABOUT THE PROJECT

Durante il mio stage curricolare lo studio 88Idee ha collaborato con CARLOTTA ROMA, start up milanese che sta sviluppando borse di alta gamma, dalle forme tutt'altro che banali, attraverso la stampa 3D. Il team è stato coinvolto analizzando i punti critici del progetto, al fine di rendere funzionale ogni elemento necessario per la produzione materiale delle borse, e creando i file CAD necessari per le stampanti 3D.

Personalmente mi sono occupato della creazione delle borse attraverso software di modellazione tridimensionale, Rhinoceros, della ricerca funzionale e del controllo di alcuni elementi meccanici.​​​​​​​

ABOUT THE PROJECT 

During my curricular internship, the 88Idee studio collaborated with CARLOTTA ROMA, a brand new start-up that is developing high-end purses, with shapes that are anything but trivial, through 3D printing. The team was involved by analyzing the critical points of the project, in order to make each element necessary for the material production of the bags functional, and by creating the CAD files needed for the 3D printers. 

I personally dealt with the creation of bags using three-dimensional modeling software, Rhinoceros, functional research and control of some mechanical elements.
