That is my first video done in Unreal Engine 5.
In general, I had an understanding and experience with animation: AE, C4D. The advantage was that about 10 years ago I studied CryEngine 3, after a bit of UE4, but gave up. Therefore I wanted to open UE5 and start studying it.
My 10 years old CryEngine 3 renders :)

To create a video, I chose the Apple Watch Ultra. According to the references, I looked at the renders associated with the clock. I realized that I would like to move in the direction of rocks, rivers and tall grass and picked up additional refs around the environment associated with Iceland. I think that this emphasizes the strength of this watch.

Work Process.
I started animating watch. It turned out 2 options: the first is simple with the turn of the watch, the second is the final one. I wanted to complicate the animation and first show the watch itself without a strap, and then the strap would appear behind the watch and go into the appropriate slots.
After the animation, I moved on to the environment. With the help of Quixel and their selections, I loaded the necessary textures and objects: grass, stones, sand with stones, rocks.
I knew for sure that I wanted to add a river, so I started with it in order to further build on it for sculpting the terrain. I added a river behind the stone with a clock, and painted a relief on the background. As a plus, I arranged the rock assets so that the relief went into the distance, like a canyon.
Next, I created a material for the terrain. The material consists of four layers - grass, rocks, stones, sand with stones. Painted the terrain by switching layers. I also placed rocks, boulders and through the Foliage I placed grass and small stones for details.
After rendering, I did post-production in DaVinci Resolve. Added sound effects, background ambient. I also did color correction and a little grading, added grain - highlighted the clock and visually improved the work.
Outcome
I'm happy that I finally got into UE5 and started learning about the engine.
