⏳ Timeline
The design process spanned 9 weeks, commencing on March 9th and concluding on May 10th, 2023, encompassing initial ideation through to the finalization of the user interface design.
📝 Methodology
Agile methodology was employed to guide the development process of this case study. The iterative approach involved working in 2-3 day sprints, enabling the team to receive continuous feedback from both the project manager and the clients. Regular communication fostered a shared understanding of project goals and design requirements, facilitating iterative improvements that were aligned with the clients' business objectives.
🔑 Booking Services
Vi-Prime: Intuitive home solutions. Vidola's virtual experience helps pinpoint issues, offering reliable assistance for home improvements, repairs, and installations.

Vi-Demand: Hassle-free booking. Instantly access various services, choosing from user-friendly options to select an affordable provider and schedule with a few clicks.

Vi-Fix: Systematic troubleshooting. Users upload photos or videos, engaging in-depth assessments by in-house experts. Recommendations include replacements, repairs, or troubleshooting solutions.
📱 App Pages
Onboarding: slides introduce app features and the authentication.
Book: This serves as the starting point for customers, where they can post requests, view banners, and check their wallet and points balance.
Request: Each booking type has a distinct color for easy differentiation. The data is arranged in a simple and straightforward manner for easy use. Customers can view offers from Titans and Teams, and explore each Titan's profile details. They can then select and confirm an offer for payment.
Order: Each order includes a schedule overview, and the app sends reminders on the scheduled day. Customers can communicate with Titans through chat and calls. To ensure secure check-ins, Vidola uses QR codes. All additional payments are processed through the app, and every step is recorded for transparency.
Wallet & Points: Users can easily top up their e-wallet for seamless transactions. Reward points are earned when completing and reviewing successful orders, which can be used for future payments.
Account: This section houses the user's profile and account settings, including a referral program.
