Film poster
The poster is advertising the film, "Muna." There are 8 images, 7 of them combined into the larger image of what appears to be the main character, edited with collage. It is likely that there would be violence in this film, as there are 5 guns being carried, including 2, one in both hands of the main image. Fire from those guns are sparkling; with a lady potentially in danger looking distressed above the man with the cigar. The narrative is breaking free of imprisonment of their past. Text has been edited, featuring the names of the actors and actresses in the film. Significant characters names have been enlarged at the top of the poster, with several others featuring at the bottom under the title and tagline.
Self portrait
For the self portrait element of the brief, I photographed Nick in a studio shoot. The camera used was a cannon, university equipment. The lighting was dimmed, with focus clear on the subject. A relaxed yet also serious pose created the balance for a measured, professional like image.
Vehicle edit
As a group, we travelled to Canary Wharf for the environmental photography project. There was a large range of tall buildings in London, visible from Greenwich, of banks and offices that were captured. These created the scenery of backgrounds that were edited, with the use of photoshop, into an image of vehicles. The vehicles were local to Ravensbourne. Their outline was displayed separately before they were merged together with the Canary Wharf images.
