The Virtual Gallery project involved creating 3D artifacts specifically designed for display through both AR and VR technologies
"Embark on an extraordinary odyssey through the Dimensional Temple, a celestial junction woven by ancient mystique and futuristic ingenuity. Emerging in a subterranean cave, ascend a singular path that unveils a circular chamber adorned with three distinguished podiums. Atop each podium rests a cryptic artifact, an invitation to realms where reality metamorphoses in profound ways. Beyond these artifacts lie portals to worlds both bizarre and captivating. Traverse these gateways swiftly, as the transient openings offer glimpses into dimensions reserved for the fortunate few who venture within the temple's ancient embrace".
The primary objective of the VR experience was to offer users a profound sense of freedom. Without relying on any predefined paths or cues, users could seamlessly explore the three worlds presented. Each world boasted its unique style, ambiance, music, and atmosphere, providing a distinct and immersive experience.
I also created basic shape models as I wanted to allocate most of my time to learning new texturing techniques using AI. Additionally, I delved into VFX and animation within UE5.
For the AR display, I utilized Meta Spark for the first time, aiming to implement this filter within a social app (Instagram). Like any tool, it had its strengths and weaknesses.
