Brief:
Los Compadres is a family-style, authentic Mexican restaurant. They were in need of a new logo, menu, and supporting materials. The owners are from a small town in Mexico and wanted a feeling of “old Mexico” married with a modern twist. The design background textures used throughout are reminiscent of stucco textures and papyrus. The whimsical menu style incorporates some fun colors, a variety of retro and western style typefaces, and maintains the heavily textured feeling.
