The Michelin-starred restaurant NikuX in Los Angeles needed a plate worthy of their top-quality wagyu. I designed this wagyu waterfall plate for them. The special thing about this plate is that it has a dry ice smoking device that should be hidden in the side handle. . After the plate is placed on the dining table, turn the switch and smoke will erupt, creating a waterfall-like effect.
