Project Description
The goal of this project is to design a Public Service Announcement (PSA) based on a social issue or organization. This series must include 2 posters and 4 advertisements (which can be found on my Behance page under "Printed and Digital Ads")

This PSA series raises concern towards the devastating effects of A.I. generated art on the careers of traditional and digital artists. A.I. art programs can pull images from anywhere on the web (including images "protected" behind paywalls and watermarks) without the consent of artists. There are not many laws or restrictions on the prevention of this theft, so my series encourages artists to begin the conversation and #StartTheFight against A.I. art.

Poster Drafts
Above are the three drafts of my first poster design. The broken pencil symbolizes how A.I. is subtly "killing" the profession of the artists.

Below are the two drafts for my second poster design. The hand holding the pencil and green strings illustration resembles how A.I. is now mimicking and controlling the artist's hand.
Final Drafts and Mock-ups
Both posters feature Nexa Rust Sans and Lulo. Each type contains a rough texture that conveys a sense of severity and danger, like the potential danger of A.I. itself. The posters include a palette of Neon Green, High Saturation Blue, and Light Violet. The bright and harsh colors evoke A.I's harmful effects and resemble a computer's screen glitching. Every poster and ad feature the logo for Artificial intelligence Los Angeles (AILA), an organization with the goal of (rather than destroying or removing A.I.) cooperating with A.I and making a world where it aligns with the public interest.
