Infographics
Lately, I've been tasked with the odd assignment of writing copy for infographics. It certainly is its own niche. One day I'm researching the value of rain drainage for your yard, the next day I'm mining for facts on the history of the bachelorette party.
I'm given a general outline with links to resources. It is my job to gather all the info, then discard the boring/irrelevant stuff. Then I try to weave everything into an interesting story with some flow. Hard numbers are always welcome as they offer the best opportunity to create fun icons...which is what infographics are all about!
