The brief: Digitally launch and promote Cadbury Silk's new offer called 'Coffee Treat for Two' which gave buyers two free coffees with every large bar of Silk.
The solution: Since coffee and conversations were a natural fit, we created Silk Up - India's first live interactive webcast between four Twitter celebrities. Users could steer the topics of conversation by tweeting in live to the Cadbury Silk Twitter handle and the four had to incorporate the tweet into their chat instantly.
We extended this idea even further by allowing users to send Twiiter invites for coffee which would be enacted, in near in real-time, and sent to the invitee via Twitter.
