Chinese New Year is one of the most important festival in China, handing out the Red Pockets is represent action in Chinese New Year. Married persons will hand out the Red Pockets to unmarried persons, and after the holiday, people will open the Red Pockets and take the Lucky Money inside, on the other side, the envelopes will leaved. In order to encourage the public to reduce waste and use of resources, we conduct a event "New-Born Red Pocket Campaign", we collect the lossless Red Pockets, and re-pack, after that we give to public again for free, and to achieve the purpose of resource reuse.
中國農歷新年是華人最重要的節日之一，派利是其中一項最有代表的活動，未結婚的人會收到已婚人士的利是。每年新年過後，市民都會將利是拆開，收集裡面的金錢，餘下利是封。為鼓勵市民減少浪費及善用資源，因此舉辦「新生利市封大行動」，收集完好的利市封，經處理後再次派發給市民使用，達致資源重用的目的。
