TELCEL is a mobile communication company in Mexico as part of business man millionaire Carlos Slim. As being part of a big group of companies, Telcel tries to be in every big event in the country. They asked for a new and innovative campaign related to music and technology, so was developed a big campaign called "Tu ciudad suena" (Your city sounds/plays (as)".  
The main idea of this first part of the campaign was to make people use their Telcel mobile signal and use the hashtag of the name of the instrument in each poster and with high technology and signal syncronization, music would start playing in the middle of a park located downtown. 
The second part of the campaign involves techonology and transmission in real time. The idea was to have a group of artists around the world painting and drawing new pieces of art and the work would be transmitted through high HD screens besides a famous park with a lake downtown.
Then, in one side of the screen, there's a high techonology lasser printer, to print works of the artists. All of these happening at the same time here and in other parts of the world.
At the end, the campaign would end with a simple concert of a famous mexican band in the upper part of a branded truck around downtown. This to take importance of music culture with people.
