Long exposure images

My favourite long exposure from my most recent photographs. I love the ghostly look that the water has to it, and the curve of the canal and the lights above it just make a fantastic image in my opinion.
Very simple yet one of my favourites. I'm not sure what it is, I just really like the sky, and the singular star that has left a vivid mark.
A really strange image! The lack of light getting to the bottom of the flagpole gives it a burnt look. It was pretty much pitch black at the time of taking this image, so it needed around a 5 minute exposure to let the right amount of light in.
Another experiment in portrait. I really love the colours in the sky, the dark and light contrast against each other brilliantly.
Taken at the pavillion of a local park. I shot this in portrait as I felt that the sky and lens flare benifited the image more, as opposed to seeing the rest of the park.
I really like the fact how the water just looks completely still. A group of swans were moving as I took the image, if you look closely you can see where they left their mark.
My first ever long exposure image! I took this above a nearby bypass, and I really love the streaks of light left by the cars, I think this is what inspired me to get more involved with low shutterspeed photography.
