Licorice is a student-work (2008) for Vilac, a toys manufacturer based in Jura (France) who use especially wood.
In this project, with 2 essences noyer (walnut), frêne (ash), 3 pieces and some magnets, the movement is transformed into a pleasant wavy undulation (with particular sound, important factor for child).
We can play with just one module, or more to increase fun and possibilities (up to 4 in the example).
