The Fashion Label NOETIA Berlin asked us to create the set designs for their new collection SYNESTHESIA.
This collection is based on the same named neurological phenomenon, synesthesia, in which the stimulation of one sensory or cognitive pathway leads to automatic, involuntary experiences in a second sensory or cognitive pathway.
We combined the theoretical scientific input with the inspirations of the Synesthesia collection and designed 4 different worlds.
PARALLEL ESSENCE is a black and white world - a world which represents all of the synesthetic worlds merged.
Inspired by geometry and Spatial Sequence Synesthesia, a world of space and numbers was created - simple and yet complex, communicating smells as details in different shapes and colors.
