Inability of mobile-responsiveness.

Usability
Painful: Prospective customers need to download heavy PDFs to obtain property details.

Content-management
Back-end administrator have to extract and upload feature images for each property;
Copywriters need to re-write enticing copy for potential investors for each property;
Developers have to upload and maintain PDFs.

Performance
Failed to support the full potential of boutique properties that DB2Land has been building.
It does not encourage engagement between the company and users.

Content-management
The CMS was built and supported using WordPress, supporting integrated link management;
a search-engine- friendly, clean permalink structure.
Filters, categorizing and maintenance are managed easily.

Usability
Visitors enjoy property images at the ease of their browser window,
as well as obtain essential information with just one click.

Performance
Call-for-action navigations are built into the
site structure to enhance and improve conversions.
