To start of the project 30k.com travelled over to our studio where we did a full days
workshop to better understand the challanges and audience of 30k.
We did rapid documentation of focused features and functionality which needed to be in the prototype
we would produce. We managed to get to the core of the product and
start sketching out initial thoughts before we went running with the information architechture.

What was clear and important was that although the partner was looking for UX design,
it was the fundamental architechure and functionality which needed addressing,
as no amount of design and user engagement would address some core issues,
which ultimately would later on impact UX.

Constrast was always in our minds when we explored design patterns, the platform contains
a vast amount of information which users could tap into. We needed to both serve this quickly and estabilsh
clear distinctions between obtaining results and informative information.
