ABOUT TARIQ ALKHEDR
Mr Alkhedr’s legal and Islamic knowledge have been formed by his experiences in the Ministry of Justice where he worked as a legal consultant for a long period of time. His next role was as the Head Legal Consultant of Al Rajhi Bank where he defended the rights of the bank and protected its interests with legal advice and guidance on the law. As well as external legal issues, he dealt with the legal issues of all administrative departments inside the bank. As a result of his work, Mr Alkhedr acquired a strong legal awareness and an understanding of banking law principles. In addition, he has knowledge of the judicial principles commonly used by the Committee of Banking Disputes, the Appeals Committee for Securities Disputes and real estate precedents in courts.
