The most complex piece of the website design was the "Survivor Profile," which links up to a detailed questionnaire to be completed by the user. Though the exact formatting and content of the questionnaire is TBD, we do know that the viewer will be able to filter the profiles by certain basic criteria, namely: cancer type; stage; age of the user; state; and how long they've been cancer-free.
