In collaboration with [kɔn], Blank Poster called out for a poster submission for the next issue of [kɔn].
The only given was the theme: Decay.

My poster was chosen to be exhibited in Munich for the release event of the issue.
Decay is when something falls apart, gets old and somehow looses it's "color".
The first thing I thought of was mould on food. (I might have been influenced by the recent activity in my shared fridge.)
I thought of the different stages when something is rottening and found the two opposing processes really interesting;
the object itself is decaying caused by the mould, but the mould itself evolves and grows.
I found this bilateralism, when thinking of decay in that sense, very beautiful and I wanted to portray it.

The poster is made of hand-illustrations.
