The building is part of the site of the EXPO 2017 site in Astana, planned as a commercial link from the main avenue and University site to the exhibition building of the EXPO.
The building creates a flow through two wavey commercial streets under a shell roof feature a continuous glazed roof light from side to side of the scheme.
At the end next to EXPO the public spaces of the building open up to create a vaste entertaining area with visual communication with the EXPO buildings. It becomes an indoor open plaza with restaurants, childre's entertainment, ice rink, cinemas and food court.
