625 N. Michigan instituted a sizable bonus commission offer to brokers who complete a deal with the property. We were hired to conceptualize a unique campaign to promote the deal and drive engagement with the brokerage community.

 

We set upon creating a series of posters inspired from famous and/or recent movie titles, twisting their titles to be about “Commission”. Each full size poster is custom designed, printed and professionally delivered to brokers at their offices.

 

Additionally, the posters were accompanied by a gift or item relating to the movie’s theme. For example, for our first poster we included $.875, which is the bonus amount of the commission including the 1/2 cent.
