Fish Weight is an application designed for both serious and hobby anglers. Using a familiar first generation iPod-like wheel, anglers are able to easily dial in the weight of a fish with one hand if necessary and immediately receive the estimated weight of their fish based on the species.
Anglers can also take pictures and save data about where the fish was caught as well as any notes they may want to add about the experience.
Regulations specific to the region you are fishing in are also available in-app, as well as specific regional catch limit information and trophy qualifications for all the major sport fish.
Fish Weight is still in development but we hope the application will be available on the Canadian App Store with regional data for Manitoba in the coming months. Regional data for North America and a U.S. App store release to follow.
